"For the past 5 summers, I have worked with Steph on a consistent basis in order to work on specific weaknesses in my body. Steph has been able to identify my unique weaknesses, and although I only have the opportunity to work with her for 3 months of the year, I have noticed considerable gains in each particular area every summer. As with most hockey players, I have a tendency to overwork the major muscle groups in my body, and therefore, the balance of strength in the smaller muscle groups (areas in the back, core, ankles, wrists etc) fails to keep up. Steph has continued to incorporate the most innovative techniques in her craft to help improve my core strength, flexibility and the weaknesses that she identified. I especially appreciate the fact that Steph was willing to create a program specifically designed for my needs as a hockey player. Her expertise has definitely had a profound effect upon my hockey career to date, and I look forward to continuing with her at the nearest opportunity."
